ob Description
The HR Manager is responsible for implementing the human resources management policy and for observance of welfare legislation applicable at the Village to which he/she has been assigned.
- Strategy: he/she deploys corporate strategy at the Village.
- G.M Relations / Services: he/she assists Village managers in checking the quality of G.O/G.E relations with G.Ms.
- Quality / Health and safety: He is responsible for the application of quality standards and health and safety regulations concerning G.O/G.E accommodation and sanitary facilities.
- Management of Human Resources: he/she is the ambassador of Club Med values, directs and supervises the HR team, and is responsible for operational HR processes in his department. He/she assists management policy in supervision of teams, recruits local personnel and monitors welfare issues.
- Economic results: he/she assists Village managers in optimising their G.O/G.E payrolls, and is responsible for G.O/G.E clothing, transportation and accommodation.
- Delegation of authority: in compliance with internal and external procedures, he/she holds a delegation of authority, whereby he/she is responsible for administrative management of G.Os/G.Es in due observance of the welfare legislation applicable at the Village.
- Representation of the Club on the ground: he/she works towards good relations with local authorities within the scope of his task.
